2. Digital or Video Tape?
   • In a nutshell, digital is the only way to go. Several key manufacturers of video recorders have ceased production of commercial VCRs. This is due to technology improvements and reductions in prices in digital recorders, making them more affordable than ever.
   
   
3. Which Digital Recorder?
   • Simply put – Buyer Beware – particularly of the desktop P.C. masquerading as a digital security recorder. Image integrity is critical in ensuring your video evidence stands up under cross examination / scrutiny. Not every digital recorder offers high quality, clear images that can prove the authenticity of an image.
   
   
4. How many cameras will I need?
   • How long is a piece of string? We custom design every solution. It will depend on the nature of the previous or anticipated problems you are trying to overcome. One of our consultants would need to visit the site and talk with you to establish your objectives. We provide this service free-of-charge. We can also offer advice as to how we can best achieve all your objectives while helping to keep costs to a minimum.
   
   
5. How much will it cost?
   • This very much depends on a combination of your objectives, our recommendations and the equipment required in helping you achieve your objectives. This important question is able to be answered after your free consultation.
   
   
6. What about Finance options?

7. Can I view images from home or other location?
   • Yes, with digital recording this can be fairly simple to achieve. Once again, the exact details can be discussed during your first consultation.
   
   
8. How do I get footage from the system for the Police?
   • This can be achieved in a number of ways via DVD, CD, Flashcard, USB Pen, external hard drives. Your consultant can discuss which medium will best suit your needs.
   
   
9. What about warranty?
   • A full 36 month warranty is available on selected systems at no extra cost.
